Bag warranty and repair options
Timbuk2 will assess repairs for eligible bags purchased directly from Timbuk2 or an authorized seller. A lifetime defect warranty covers materials and workmanship; it excludes abuse, ordinary wear, accidental damage, and cosmetic issues that do not affect function. Headwear, apparel, footwear and other manufacturers' accessories are not covered. Replacement buckles, straps and reflectors may be supplied for self‑repair. Customers pay all shipping to the repair center; shipping method varies by location. Outside the US and Canada, contact a local service representative and provide proof of purchase (status verification is required). If an international bag must be serviced in the US, the customer pays shipping both to and from the US.
