Free shipping on orders over $150 USD, except for shipments from the Australian warehouse which incur a $5 fee regardless of order total. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, and international parcels may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange if items are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, and meet other condition criteria. Refund eligibility varies: all U.S. customers can receive refunds, while other countries only allow refunds for new customers on their first order. Certain items such as final sale goods, underwear, socks, towels, drinkware, and swimwear bottoms without an intact hygiene sticker are excluded.
