Return & Refund Policy
US customers can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund using a prepaid label; holiday orders (Nov 1–Dec 25) may be returned through Jan 30, 2026. Certain RGB tube lights incur a 20% restocking fee. Gift cards, items not purchased/shipped to the buyer, and certified refurbished/open‑box products are non‑returnable (the latter are covered by a 1‑year warranty). International returns require the customer to cover shipping and use the return portal.

2‑Year Protection Plan Details
The plan starts on the purchase date, applies only to purchases from lumecube.com, and must be bought for each specific product within 30 days of the original purchase. Replacement items are new or open‑box depending on availability, and any replacement remains covered for the remainder of the 2‑year period.

Accident Coverage Limits
Under the Lume Care Protection Plan, a single accidental‑damage replacement is provided (new or like‑new). After the replacement, no further accidental replacements are offered, though the standard warranty continues on the replacement item.

For customers outside the United States, proof of defect (photo or video) is required to receive a replacement unit. The replacement is provided without requiring the customer to pay import duties or customs taxes; any requests for such payments should be addressed with support.
