Pre‑Installation Guidance
FLOR can be installed on clean, hard, dry indoor surfaces but not over existing carpet, padding, hand‑painted or vintage finishes, solvent‑based sealants, oil‑based finishes, unsealed concrete, or outdoors. Smooth, fully‑cured concrete (minimum 90 days) is acceptable if sealed with a non‑solvent based sealer. Contact customer care for surface suitability questions.

Moisture Resistance
FLOR tiles resist moisture under normal use; spills remain on the surface and should be blotted with a clean white cloth. Moisture at seams can wick underneath, requiring tile removal and cleaning. Prolonged excess moisture may cause discoloration, mildew, or mold, and extended sunlight exposure can lead to fading.

Maintenance & Tile Replacement
Heavily trafficked areas need more frequent vacuuming and spot cleaning. Spot clean nylon tiles promptly using water first, then appropriate spot‑remover solutions. Individual tiles can be removed with a sharp blade, rinsed with mild detergent, dried, and re‑installed using new FLORdots. Damaged or stained tiles can be replaced following the same removal method; ensure surrounding fibers are upright and use new FLORdots for re‑attachment.

How to use a FLOR coupon
- Choose an offer above and read its conditions. Copy the code if one is provided.
- Open FLOR and add eligible items to your basket.
- For a code offer, look for a promo-code or discount field in the basket or checkout and apply the code. No-code offers may apply automatically; follow the offer instructions.
- Check the discount, delivery cost, and final total before paying.
Why might a FLOR code not work?
A code can fail because it has expired, has already been used, excludes your items, needs a minimum spend, or is limited to a particular account or country. Check the offer details, remove extra spaces, and confirm whether another promotion is already applied. Try a different offer if the conditions do not match your order.
A past success is a useful signal, not a guarantee for every basket. After trying an offer, share whether it worked to help other FLOR shoppers.
