For Arbor Skateboarding returns outside the US, contact the appropriate regional email address. Snowboard returns from EU countries are accepted within a reasonable period if the items are unused, in original packaging, and include documentation. Returns may be free of charge for orders above a certain value, otherwise the buyer bears the cost. Non‑EU returns are the buyer’s responsibility, and customs documentation must accompany the parcel. Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected for defects.
