Return & exchange policy
Eligible returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items that retain original product tags. Socks, underwear and accessories must be in unopened packaging. Final Sale items, gift cards and insoles cannot be returned. Customers cover return shipping unless they purchased return coverage at checkout; any paid delivery fees are non‑refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returns or exchanges must be processed in the country of purchase; items bought from other retailers must be returned to that retailer.
