If you arrive without a digital ticket, look for one of the tour signs on-site and scan the QR code. This will take you to our website (redriderleglamps.com), where you can purchase tickets. If you have a digital ticket for a guided tour, please arrive at the House from A Christmas Story at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late admission is not allowed. If you arrive late, visit our gift shop, and we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available tour. Cancellation & Refund Policy:  Full refunds are available if requested at least three weeks before your reservation date. If you cancel within three weeks of your reservation or after your scheduled time, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if your request is made more than 30 days after your reservation date. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable.
