Its 2.5-inch-tall walls keep your food inside the pan and off the stovetop. The pan is made from fully clad, tri-ply stainless steel. The Sauté Pan comes with a stainless steel lid which also fits on our 8-Quart Stock Pot and 10-Inch Skillet. The pan’s main “stay-cool” and helper handles are secured with rivets.
